The universe travel card is valid for 12 months.

Holders of a Universe Travel Card are entitled to use touristic services all over the world. This includes hotels of all categories (depending on the category of card selected), round-trip tickets, transfer, and accommodation.

Trips must not exceed 14 days of duration; the respective costs must not exceed the value of the customer card held. If higher-priced trips are selected, respective differences shall be at the client’s account.

In between individual trips, at least 21 days have to pass by.

Clients are obliged to verify each trip within 10 days (by e-mail, mail, or fax). Boarding cards for round-trips, which enable us to obtain the airline’s flight confirmation, serve as proof.

If clients fail to furnish traveling proof within a term of 10 days, we reserve the right to cancel the service provision agreement in order to prevent the improper use of our services.

By entering into the service provision agreement, clients undertake to transfer an amount corresponding to the annual ticket’s value to our bank account.

Any additional (hidden or declared) payments shall not fall due throughout the card’s validity term.

Upon the payment’s receipt to our bank account, clients shall be provided with their personal customer card within 14 days. Said customer card must not be given away or transferred. Exclusively the card holder shall be entitled to the services covered thereunder.

90 days as from receipt of the respective payment to our bank account, client shall be entitled to make use of our services.
